JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Security Auditor
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Type: Contract

Closing Date: 2008-06-17

Project Name: PCI Audits
Duration: 1-3 months &#150; varies per customer engagement, but we are looking for help through the end of the year (potential for full time hire upon completion of first project if desirable)
Location: anywhere in the US &#150; resource will be expected to travel to customer locations as necessary to complete projects

Job Duties:
The resource will be working either independently or with current Client Security employees to perform PCI audits for Client customers.

This person will be responsible for the following:
&#149; Assessing organization&#146;s compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)
&#149; Interfacing with customer personnel to gather information and investigate security controls
&#149; Reporting to Client Technical Lead and Project Manager (weekly status reports)
&#149; Executing projects using Client&#146;s established methodology and documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
The candidate must be able to demonstrate:
&#149; Current PCI QSA certification
&#149; Current experience completing Level 1 PCI Audits for Merchants or Services Providers
&#149; Competency with network security and information security concepts and technologies
&#149; Prior experience working in an information security consulting role
&#149; Good communication skills are necessary. The candidate Must be able to effectively communicate with the client:
o Must be able to work well with customers.
o Project Management experience is a plus
o Good writing and documentation skills
