CIO Solutions - IT Security & Privacy Management
Security &Privacy practice has been established to help our clients' address their needs related to the analysis, design and implementation of enterprise-wide security solutions. These solutions are geared towards assisting our clients’ to enhance their security posture while at the same time realizing administrative cost savings and addressing regulatory issues.
The client approaches enterprise security and privacy from a business perspective. We review the core business processes, industry trends, and the technology that supports a company’s current and future business strategies. We then implement sustainable solutions using our expertise and a structured approach that includes proven methodologies and tools.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and pursue project opportunities at existing and new clients
• Oversee the delivery of client projects and manage project teams
• Continue the development of the IT Security & Privacy Management team through recruitment and training
• Establish relationships within the business community
• Prepare and present reports and findings to client executive and senior management
ABILITY TO TRAVEL
• Focused on Bay Area clients; travel required based on client requests/commitments
Salasry: $100K to $135K
JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting) - minimum GPA 3.0
• 8+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
• Professional Certification such as CISSP, CPA, CISA required
• “Big 4” experience in IT Security is a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Prior experience with “Big 4” or similar consulting firm
• Facilitation and interviewing skills
• Process documentation knowledge
• Deep, multi-industry Risk Assessment and Security Analysis experience
• Multi-industry security strategy development experience
• Plan test (exercise) experience (facilitation, simulation, and review)
• Training and awareness program development knowledge
• Security audit experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Experience performing:
o Vulnerability Assessments
o Security Architecture Reviews
o Web Application Security Reviews
o Wireless Security Reviews
o Implementation of security tools and products
• Experience with Windows NT, 2000, and 2003
• Strong UNIX skills desired in any of the major UNIX Operating Systems
• Knowledge of ISO 17799 and other leading security standards
• Incident Response experience is a plus
• IT audit experience as a secondary skill is a plus
