Manager Information Security Practices
The Manager of Information Security Practices is responsible for supporting the ISACA information security program including program activities and projects defined by the Security Management Committee and in support of the CISM Certification. The Manager of Information Security Practices will support the Director in executing the Security Management Program Strategy which includes executing a communication strategy, participating in research and product development activities and supporting the evolution of the CISM Certification. The Manager will coordinate program activities with external boards and committees and with internal staff representing Education, Certification, Membership and Marketing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Scope of the Position
Certification: Provide technical support for the development and review of CISM exam preparation and study material. Support the evolution of the CISM Body of Knowledge.
Communications: Support the Security Program Communications Strategy by producing content for electronic and print media for members, certification holders, and candidates for certification.
Constituent Support: Participate in activities to support ISACA Chapters, members, certification holders, and candidates for certification.
Information Security Management Body of Knowledge: The core of the security program are the tasks and knowledge defined as the foundation for the CISM Certification. The Manager will assist in conducting research and producing services and products to evolve and promote this body of knowledge.
Project Management: Manage concurrent projects balancing project priorities and demands. Coordinate project activities with ISACA boards, committees, task forces and project participants.
Strategic Relations: Assist in identifying and supporting relationships to further recognition of the CISM Certification and body of knowledge.
Training and Education: Provide technical support for the development of conferences, seminars and training events. Assist in identifying topics and subject matter experts.
This position requires broad technical, managerial and information security experience and education. A bachelor degree and experience in activities related to information security is required. An advanced degree in information security, information systems, information assurance or business management and a professional certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP) or the ability to become certified is required.
