Nmap Hackers: Steve Gibson vs. Microsoft

Steve Gibson vs. Microsoft

ZDNet posted an amusing article about raw sockets in WinXP (IMHO this
took _way_ too long) :
http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2770517,00.html

Anyway, it seems that Steve Gibson hasn't seen any of the version of
nMap that have raw socket support on Windows. Also, I can't see any
reason why a malicious user couldn't just flood a site using UDP
sockets.

Just my 2 cents
